In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent local, state and national requirements, we want you to have peace of mind regarding our ability to keep you as safe as possible. Below are just some of the new procedures that we have implemented to minimize the risk of unnecessary exposure and transmission:
Customer Service Representatives are reviewing a 4 questions protocol regarding exposure of COVID-19 to occupants day before service, any exposure communicated is escalated for review for confirmation of information, and potential need for rescheduling service.
Crew Leader is reviewing same protocol upon arriving at job site to ensure nothing has changed.
Crews are provided sanitation supplies to wash hands, equipment, etc during the day.
Ongoing meetings with crews on good safety habits to avoid exposure, contamination, etc, (ie; keep hands off face, wash every two hours minimum, don’t touch anything not necessary to job).
